The restaurant of the Vieille Auberge is an authentic address in the center of the picturesque village of Souillac.

A pretty table that celebrates the freshness and quality of regional produce and invites to a true flight of local flavors. The beautiful dishes prepared by our chef are delicate and tasty.
Its subtle and modern cuisine leaves its place to the jewels of local gastronomy: from the omelette with Périgord truffles, duck breast, Quercy lamb, via duo of foie gras ... without forgetting the essential Rocamadour cheese!
